Through our partnerships, we build on synergies with different organizations to open more opportunities for our participants.
We are open to various forms of partnerships such as volunteer work for employees, and opportunities extended to our network of students and alumni, among others. Should any of our programs align with your company or organization’s interests, we will be more than happy to explore a partnership!
Mentoring
Our mentoring program enables participants to explore possible career opportunities and further their understanding of their role in society with the help of mentors from professional backgrounds.
We envision holistic and long-term relationships characterized by mutual learning between wisdom-rich mentors who guide their eager, college-level mentees toward their fullest potential.
Here, students gain the opportunity to learn more about the working world on top of developing skills needed for their careers as they are paired with mentors from the target industries or courses that participants identified.
Internship & Employment Opportunities
We have partnered with companies for career fairs and similar opportunities to give students advice on how to successfully navigate internships and job interviews. In addition, some of these companies have offered internships and job opportunities to qualified participants.

Donate
Pathways is fortunate to continue its more than 20 years of service with the assistance of different individuals and organizations. Through their generosity, we are able to implement programs that have proven to positively impact students’ lives in and beyond college.
Your contributions to our pooled funds enable us to continue implementing free formation programs and giving allowances to individual students. We are able to receive donations through the channels below.
