Teachers Leading Change: Learning from an Emerging Future

This workshop will focus on Teacher Leadership through the lens of Theory U tools and how it can be applied to one’s teaching practice. It will cover levels of listening, mindfulness and reflective practice and how to start your own coaching circle. We’ll be reflecting on these key questions: How can we lead profound innovation in times of disruptive change in our classrooms? How do we access and act from our deeper sources of curiosity, compassion and courage rather than reacting out of prejudice, anger and fear as teachers? What kind of leadership is required to create profound innovation at the scale of a whole eco-system of stakeholders and partners?
