The Lily Gokongwei Ngochua Leadership Academy (The Lily) was established in May 2021 to support the development of educational leaders in the country, especially in the public education system.

Named in honor of Mrs. Lily Gokongwei Ngochua, this leadership academy is an initiative of the Gokongwei Brothers School of Education and Learning Design in recognition of the crucial role played by educational leaders and administrators in promoting access and quality in Philippine education.

Mrs. Lily Ngochua is flanked here by her daughter Celina, and niece Robina Gokongwei Pe, with Fr. Johnny Go SJ.

The Lily is envisioned to fund, design, and implement effective and relevant leadership development programs to principals, administrators and other educational leaders, especially in Phiilippine public education.
